The program might behave differently than you expect. What you perceive as an error might just be the way PictureRetitle is designed.
When you encounter a situation that makes the program abort, you can skip this step.
Step 2 - Has the error been reported before? Before you make a report, make sure that this error has not been reported before. Look at the bug/fix list below. If the error you encountered is already listed and its status is set to 'Fixed in current version', it means you only need to download the current version available and reinstall. (There is no need to uninstall your version of PictureRetitle first.)
Step 3 - Is the latest version installed?
Start PictureRetitle, go to the Help menu and click on About. The full version number is displayed at the top right of the window. Compare this number to the one displayed on the Technical Info page.
If you don't have the latest version installed, try this first and see if the error you encountered is solved.
Step 4 - Be as descriptive as you can
In your bug report: Include the name and version of the operating system you are using (for instance : Windows Vista, Windows XP, etc.). When you are describing the problem, be as descriptive as you can and include screen shots if possible. Remember, when trying to resolve the error, first the error has to be reproduced before anything can be fixed. So single remarks such as, "it doesn't work" will not be sufficient.
